Chuck Berns advised that an aircraft had been overfueled and some fuel
leaked in hangar. Leave 1/2" gap below filler neck during winter.
Scotty Otten, an MRI controller supervisor gave a presentation. Group
tours, preferably small, are welcome. Flyer was passed out showing cartee airspace.

Scott, Udo and Al are willing to help get missions into WIMRS. Must be
posted within 72 hours. Requesting information be posted same day so we can
keep track of SAREX money.
Mel - only contact single point of contact for SAREX flight release.
Opsec training must be done by 1 April for access to any CAP Resources. Wing
has hired a grant writer. Most units interested in getting money for proficiency
flying. A new hangar for Polaris has been requested. More ideas are
requested. Many crews for Kodiak event, are needed. Preferred IFR qualified.
Need for Beaver and C206 crews.
Scott Kolstad - 14 sorties flown for SAREX. Some missions are not yet
in WIMRS. Make sure that mission guidelines are followed as published. Jim
McCarthy can help with WIMRS login. Current information needs to be in MIMS.
