Subject: FW: Policy on CAP International Operations

National Board Members,

A recent TXWG Search & Rescue mission near the US-Mexican border for the AF Rescue Coordination Center (AFRCC) revealed that all AF agencies were not using a consistent policy concerning CAP missions into another country's airspace. As corrective action, the CAP-USAF/XO email below was sent to a broad spectrum of addresses in CAP-USAF, HQ AF, 1AF, AFNSEP, AFRCC and HQ CAP.

Please forward to your commanders and operations personnel as appropriate.
