The former aircraft scheduling web site has been discontinued. All aircraft scheduling is now accomplished through WMIRS.
*** Note: Remember, all aircraft scheduling is done in Zulu time. ***
To schedule an aircraft:
- Log in to WMIRS
- On the left navigation bar, click “Return to WMIRS Menu” (third from the bottom).
- Click the “Aircraft Scheduling” link in the middle of the page.
- Click on the day number to view aircraft availability for that day.
- Click the tail number for the start time you wish to begin your reservation.
- In the grey scheduling box on the right:
- Verify the tail number and your CAP ID.
- Select the mission number and symbol.
- Verify the start time.
- Select the number of hours for the reservation.
- Choose whether or not the scheduler should automatically add the sortie to WMIRS.
- Optionally, select your Flight Release Officer.
- Click “Schedule”.
You may want to filter the view of the calendar to be only your home airport, or the airports in your area. To create your custom view:
- From the calendar view, select “Update My Preferences” from the lower left.
- Using the scroll boxes in the middle of the page, you may select only specific aircraft or airports to display. You may make multiple selections by holding down the “control” key as you click.
Example: Polaris members may want to view MRI, EDF, BCV, LHD airports. - Click “Submit”. Click “Return to Calendar”.
- From the calendar view, you may switch between the entire wing, or your personal view by changing the drop-down just under the month name at the top of the calendar.
